Good. Film was in Eurowide (1:66.1) as picture was not centred well, so Kieran did special macro thing on admin side of Barco. Will try to move projector back over summer so this is not a thing.

Back fluorescents came on at some point before ads started. Josh managed to turn them off using iLight control on the website by setting fluroescent 7 to 100% then back to 0%.
Kieran: If this happens again, be prepared to try every single way of turning the light off, whether that’s the back light control in the proj box, or the lights on the lectern.
Otherwise, show was fine. One person thanked us for the Q&A.

No tech has happened since last meeting.
5. Proj Procedure Changes
No procedure changes.
6. Crew Status Discussion
General consensus is that crew status rules for projectionists should be the same as the crew status rules for DMs.
- Projectionists should do 5 shows a term to maintain crew status.
- To maintain currency, a qualified projectionist should do at least one show every 5 weeks. If 5 weeks pass and a projectionist has not done a show, they will be reverted to the “new projectionist” role. To return to full Q-proj status, they should do at least one show with another qualified projectionist supervising to ensure that they are up to date with current procedures.
- Trainee projectionists can be removed from the training scheme if they are inactive. The Chief Projectionist should inform the exec of any projectionists that have been removed from the scheme at the following exec meeting.
- The status of qualified projectionists that have not projected at all in a term can be brought to a projection committee meeting by the Chief Projectionist for discussion.
- The statuses of 35mm qualfiied projectionists will be reviewed termly.
Crew status for the entire projection team shall be reviewed at least once a term by the Chief Projectionist.
Quorum for the projection committee is 4; 6 qualified projectionists present at this meeting. 6 in favour, 0 against.
