1. Welcome and Apologies:

True Story (Monday) needs a QDM

3. TDM structure
Anjana is working on creating a crib sheet for future TDMs. Once a draft is completed, Anjana will email this around to all QDMs and TDMs to review it and suggest modifications.
Anjana is also creating a crib sheet to remind DMs on what stewards need to know – especially as there are so many new stewards at the start of the year.
4. AOBs
a) Are there any current IT issues? (Joel would like us to provide him a list if there are.)
- The logos on tickets are too often the wrong size
- Still says KPMG on the tills (This has been fixed)
b) Functions of EPOS: is there anything more that we would like to be able to do on it?
- Have a functioning yellow box
- Stewards with plus status should be able to use reprinting function
- Being able to scan more than 1 university card and printing multiple tickets as part of one transaction.
- Removal of 5-film-pass
- Putting through external tickets without university card (all stewards)
- Being able to sell more than 2 external tickets (e.g. a box where we can type in how many are required)
c) In Lorraine’s role as Chief Refuse Officer, she’d like to request that since she isn’t there every night, can whoever is in the office, please empty the bins when they are full (leave them by the bin outside L3 or the grey bins inside L3).
d) In shows where customers are children, some trailers may be unsuitable as proj assume everyone in the audience is over 18. In this case, the following options are there for the DM:
- Ask proj to check the trailer age ratings, and if there is a trailer that would be unsuitable, ask customer to wait outside for the duration of the trailers
- Let the proj know so the trailers can be swapped (only if trailers haven’t started yet)
*Stewards should let DM know if child ticket is sold.
e) DM’s should not use VNC as we do not have the proper training. Password will be changed soon, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
f) Safe battery was low. It has now been replaced.
g) If L3 is locked, please contact the projectionist of the night or the DM, or CDM.
h) If you have any queries but don’t know who to contact – contact CDM.
