2. Technical Officer's Report
P1 control box is intermittently broken
Alex is buying rope and fixing the proj box doors
P2 button on P2 control box fell off
3. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
FoH needs to be set up promptly. The auditorium should be ready to let people 15 minutes before the show starts (7.15 or 6.15 etc). This is because of the slides which societies may pay for.
Add busy show shut down to training
Don't use the USB port on the front of the digital projector, use the cable on the floor. Or restart the doremi and try the caddy again.
Ingest and activate your film at least the day before the film
4. Bradford
Alex suggested a team trip to Bradford Media Museum. He will do the planning. Around 8 people showed interest.
5. Trainees
Freya's Qualification is today!
Thomas P needs an ATS2 and a Snaps Test
35mm training will happen
