1 Welcome and Apologies
Everyone was welcomed to the last projection meeting of term. Tim was
informed that Alex and Kath had sent their apologies.
2 Training
Enrik needs his ATS 1 and ATS2.
Phil needs his ATS1.
3 Digital Trailer Archive
The need for this will be apparent next term when we are using digital
trailers. The IT committee are currently looking into how best to implement
it.
4 Time and Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on the rst Monday of next term: 9th January
2012.

Don't forget 'Tech Week' is next week.
Information about sound-trailers needs to be lled in in the making-up
book, in especial whether they have been removed or not.
It was requested that the office and proj box be left in a tidy state for
Wednesday.
